Stucco Repair in Orlando, FL

We serve Greater Orlando from Minneola. That is worth saying plainly, because Orlando is a service area for us rather than our home city, and we would rather tell you that than pretend to a local presence we do not have.

A finished, repainted stucco repair, Central Florida example

Orlando metro

What Orlando does to stucco

The Orlando metro contains virtually every era of Florida housing at once, from mid-century block homes in the established neighborhoods to subdivisions completed this year.

There is no single Orlando stucco problem, because there is no single Orlando house.

What that means in practice is that diagnosis matters more here than anywhere else we work. The same crack means different things on a 1970s block wall and on a three-year-old build.

Older stock

End-of-life finishes, hardened seals and long-standing moisture.

Newer stock

Settlement.

Getting that reading wrong is how people end up paying for the wrong repair.

What tends to go wrong on Orlando homes

Not sure which of these you are looking at? Send us a photo when you get a free estimate and we will give you an honest steer. A photo is a steer rather than a diagnosis, because what is behind a wall does not photograph, so we confirm it when we see the wall.

  • End-of-life finishes and hardened seals on established mid-century housing.
  • Settlement cracking on recent construction across the growth corridors.
  • Long-standing moisture damage where old cracks were never sealed.
  • Mismatched previous repairs from decades of successive owners.

Minneola-based

Where we are, and what that means for you

We are a Minneola-based contractor covering the Orlando metro, and we are honest about the drive: if you want a contractor whose yard is around the corner from you, we are not that. What we bring instead is fifteen years spent on the block-and-stucco walls that make up most of this metro, which is the variable that actually decides whether a repair holds.

Our stucco services in Orlando

Whatever the cause, the method is the same: find out why the wall failed, repair the cause rather than the surface, and rebuild the finish so the repair blends into the wall around it.

  • 01Stucco crack repair.
  • 02Water damage repair.
  • 03Holes and delamination.
  • 04Full exterior restoration.
  • 05Texture matching.

The whole service is set out on our stucco repair hub.

How we work across the metro

Step 01 of 05

We date the wall.

How old the house is changes what a crack is likely to be telling us, so it is the first thing we ask.

Where this sits in the wall

  1. Concrete block
  2. Weather barrier
  3. Metal lath
  4. Base coat
  5. Finish + texture

The cause is usually behind the finish, in the block or the barrier - not in the crack you can see.

What an Orlando repair costs

Across the metro the price follows the damage and how hard the wall is to reach.

A single-story crack

One job.

The same crack at a second-floor gable

Needing staging, that is another job entirely.

Age matters too: a 1970s wall and a three-year-old build fail for different reasons and cost different amounts to put right. Typical ranges are on our stucco repair cost page, and your figure comes from seeing the wall.

What to watch for on an Orlando home

Whatever the age of your home, the three signs that turn a cheap job into an expensive one are the same.

Staining that spreads from a crack
An area that feels soft or hollow when pressed
Paint that bubbles or lifts rather than simply fades

Any of the three usually means moisture has gotten behind the finish, and none of them improves on its own.

A dry, stable hairline crack can often be sealed inexpensively; a wet wall cannot, because by then you are rebuilding the wall rather than resealing it.

Why the drive is worth being honest about

Plenty of contractors will tell an Orlando homeowner they are local when their yard is forty minutes away. We would rather just say it: we come from Minneola. If proximity is your first requirement, we understand that, and there is no hard feeling in calling somebody closer.

What the drive does not change is the thing that decides whether a repair lasts, which is whether the contractor found out why the wall failed before quoting it. A crack sealed without a cause found will reopen whether the contractor lives twenty minutes away or two. That is the argument we would rather be judged on than a ZIP code.

Frequently asked questions

Something not covered here? Call (407) 456-2006 and ask.

No. We are based in Minneola, in Lake County, and we serve Greater Orlando as part of our Central Florida service area.

The limits of what we can read

This page is built on the argument that diagnosis is the thing that matters, so it would be dishonest not to say where our diagnosis stops.

Signs it is a structural engineer's question first

We can tell you why a stucco finish has failed. We cannot tell you whether a building is moving, and on the rare wall where that is the question, nobody should be taking our word for it. The markers are reasonably consistent: a crack that keeps widening, that steps through the block courses, that is mirrored on the interior, or that turned up alongside doors and windows that no longer close. Those belong to a structural engineer, and the engineer goes first. Once that is resolved, the stucco is ours again and we will make the wall right.
